  • Leadership and Team Development: Assemble and guide a dynamic technology team, cultivating an environment that promotes execution, creativity, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth. Provide mentorship to empower team members to reach their highest potential.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the technology team to guarantee effective collaboration, operational excellence, and progress towards both operational and project milestones.
  • Data and Analytics Oversight: Supervise data and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of superior data solutions. Implement industry best practices in data management and project execution.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Manage and enhance Century Communities' IT infrastructure, which includes networks, servers, and cloud solutions. Ensure system reliability and security.
  • IT Service Management: Direct the management of IT service delivery, including service desk and desktop support, while promoting self-service and automation strategies.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work alongside external technology vendors and partners to assess, select, and manage third-party solutions that meet the company's requirements.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 10 years of proven experience in technology leadership, demonstrating a history of driving innovation and operational success.
  • Expertise in managing infrastructure, software development, and IT service delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement technical architectures that align with business goals.
  • A strategic mindset with the capability to convert technology trends into business advantages.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across various functional areas and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience in overseeing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary technologies and software development methodologies.
  • Significant experience with the following technologies:

Compensation:

Century Communities aims to offer a competitive annual base salary, complemented by an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including experience.
