Insurance Account Manager

ADP is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of business of Group Health Insurance clients.
Your primary goal will be to manage an assigned book of clients, serving as an insurance/employee benefits expert, providing trusted service and valued insights. You will build trust, rapport, and understanding of the insurance needs of your dedicated book of business.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of your dedicated client's group health portfolio and other ADP services.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and ADP, collaborating with other ADP partners.
- Providing proactive, personalized, strategic support and acting as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers.
- Handling all aspects of benefits renewals, including negotiating with carriers to secure the best rates and terms for clients.
- Conducting virtual meetings with clients to review their benefits plans and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
- Resolution support for benefit service issues such as enrollments, carrier billing, coverage, and claims.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2-3 years of related insurance experience.
- A Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
Bonus points for having:
- Previous insurance industry experience with a brokerage or agency environment.
- Experience with Benefits Administration platforms: Ease, Employee Navigator, Flock.
- Experience with insurance quoting platforms: Zywave.
- Relationship/Account management experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing client relationships with multiple products.
