Insurance Account Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and delivering personalized solutions to address their needs.
- Policy Analysis and Recommendation: Conduct thorough policy reviews, assessing coverage adequacy, and making recommendations to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving needs.
- Business Development: Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, participating in client meetings, and assisting with the development of customized insurance proposals.
- Claims Management Support: Serve as a liaison between clients and claims adjusters, guiding clients through the claims process, and ensuring timely resolution of claims while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge Enhancement: Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, continuously expanding your insurance knowledge to better serve our clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and agents.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven Sales Success (preferred but not required): Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals in a previous role, preferably in a customer-facing or sales-driven environment.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate risk exposures, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
