Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to promote insurance products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the agency team to ensure successful customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
