Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Ryan Fetsch - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and educating them about insurance options. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.

  • Able to learn computer functions.
