Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Rework Coordinator to join our team at Molson Coors in Golden, CO. As a Rework Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing inventory, administrative, and material handling support to the Warehouse Operations team. This includes disposing of beer, quality holds, and quality samples, as well as supporting employee beer sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Dumping Beer: Stacking, wrapping, counting, and transferring dump beer from dumping stations to specified dumping areas for outside contractors to pick up. Rectifying numbers handwritten by outside contractors and those in the system to keep billing accurate. Keeping dump areas clean and free of debris. Purging dump beer from inventory systems daily based on physical dumps, including KCRs. Sending daily counts to outside contractors for billing and distributing copies internally as specified. Working with the Finance Department on end-of-month financial destruction forecasts.

• Quality Holds: Keeping FPH logs up to date (both SU/BS tabs and FPH information tabs). Moving and releasing SU pallets after disposition. Contacting Quality Departments for clarification on holds not dispositioned but needed for shipments. Releasing, blocking, or taking product to dump per disposition from Quality Departments. Moving pallets to sorting areas. Keeping track of pallets during sorts and releasing/destroying them after. Being a liaison between Quality Departments and finished goods to help with needs and sorts. Contacting Unit Managers to determine manpower availability for sorts/destruction. Contacting Production Planners for work order numbers to provide to outside contractors.

• Employee Beer Sales: Coordinating with IPD/HEO for moving beer to Employee Sales areas as Production Services releases it in SAP for sale. Correlating with Production Services for beer out of inventory if needed to satisfy Employee Sales guidelines. Keeping a good variety of beer on trailers for sale while ensuring earlier expiration dates go on trailers first to avoid dumping good product. Keeping accurate counts of trailers and sales areas. Keeping trailers and Employee Sales areas clean and free of debris. Moving trailers from docks to Employee Sales and back again for loading as needed. Keeping management informed of large quantities of beer close to expiration for possible giveaways or fire sales. Creating deliveries with beer sold in stores three times a week.

• Lab Samples: Pulling cases of beer from inventory for sampling and transporting to Packaging. Adjusting inventory in SAP to account for samples. As requested, transporting pallet cases to shipping for delivery to vendors or other breweries.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent required. Forklift license required. Knowledge in MS Office and SAP. Strong capabilities in accuracy of record-keeping and data entry. Familiarity with KCRs. 3+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and make decisions in a team-based setting. Ability to work full-time, all shifts, all schedules, and all days of the week, including weekends and holidays. Ability to be called in for emergency coverage and work overtime as necessary.
