Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly operating reports, annual business plans, and financial schedules
  • Manage the coordination and preparation of financial schedules, including revenue accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and count team
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions
  • Manage capital project expenditures and ensure adequate internal controls
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate filing of financial reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA or graduate degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, with 5 years of managerial experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
