Position Overview: Insomnia Cookies is seeking a dedicated full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within our renowned and expanding company.
Compensation and Benefits:- Starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

- Act as the Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts in the absence of the Store Operations Manager.
- Oversee, mentor, and train a team of 2-5 employees involved in cookie sales and deliveries.
- Facilitate the onboarding and initial training of new hourly staff.
- Conduct preliminary interviews for potential new hires in the manager's absence.
- Assist the Store Operations Manager with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
- Ensure adherence to company standards regarding baking, uniforms, and policies.
- Promote upselling and deliver exceptional customer service by guiding team members.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
- Experience in conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including 1-2 mid-to-late shifts during the week.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
