Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager Trainee to join our team at AutoZone. As a Store Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, including financial management, employee staffing and training, inventory management, and customer service leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and initiative.
  • Support the Store Manager in financial management, including analyzing and reconciling monthly P&L statements.
  • Contribute to employee staffing, training, and development, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, leading by example and driving store execution and performance.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night, and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
  • Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience analyzing company financials, including Profit and Loss Statements, preferred but not required.
