New Business Development Representative

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary of $50,000-$65,000 per year, plus commissions and bonus opportunities. Our team members enjoy paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and holidays off.
Key Responsibilities: As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for meeting new business production goals, soliciting new business through various lead sources, developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also establish ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and other professionals in the industry.
Qualifications and Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess a genuine willingness to learn, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create relationships from a cold start. A property and casualty insurance license and the ability to obtain or currently possess a life and health insurance license are also required. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is beneficial but not necessary.
