Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand smaller contract value customers through timely renewals and upselling.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to educate potential customers and answer questions.
  • Evaluate leads and determine qualified opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of renewal contracts.

Requirements:
  • Prior medical laboratory or related experience preferred (such as MLT, phlebotomy, or lab assistant).
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and desire to exceed expectations.
  • Able to write succinct emails and possess excellent phone manner.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM software and continually learn new features.
