Job Description

We are seeking a sales-minded professional to grow our agency through meaningful client relationships. As an attentive and dedicated Account Manager, you will help customers and prospects uncover their insurance needs, while also helping them to fill in the gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
