Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting intricate systems, which constitutes the majority of daily responsibilities. You will collaborate with A/V Field Service Technicians to provide technical assistance with:
- Audio/Visual systems in various commercial settings such as educational institutions, government facilities, entertainment venues, and places of worship
- Network Implementation
- Networked AV-over-IP systems
- HDMI and HDBaseT signal distribution
- Video Walls and digital signage
- HDMI testing and diagnostic equipment
- Control systems, including Control 4, Crestron, Elan, Q-Sys, Savant, among others
- Compile information to deliver effective solutions to customers
- Direct product or service failure concerns to the appropriate personnel for further investigation
- Occasionally travel to client sites to provide technical solutions
- Participate in trade shows as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Enjoyment in problem-solving and assisting others in finding solutions
- A passion for technology
- Experience with networking, switches, and configurations
- Extensive A/V troubleshooting experience, including system design, matrix switchers, AV-over-IP systems, and HDMI point-to-point signal distribution devices
- Relevant certifications such as CTS, CEDIA, ISF, or similar
- Familiarity with HDMI testing equipment
- Knowledge of control systems like Control 4, Crestron, QYS, and others, including programming and troubleshooting firmware/software issues
