Regional Director

The Regional Director - Outpatient Services provides strategic leadership and planning for all outpatient facilities in the Houston Market, ensuring the delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the facilities, community, and each facility's performance goals and objectives. This role works closely with Clinical Program Directors of each outpatient facility, overseeing administrative processes, budgetary control, and management systems for all services offered at all facilities. The Regional Director contributes to the facility's strategic planning objectives, educational, and quality improvement efforts while providing guidance to directors at each outpatient facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and planning for all outpatient facilities in the Houston Market.
- Work closely with Clinical Program Directors of each outpatient facility.
- Oversee administrative processes, budgetary control, and management systems for all services offered at all facilities.
- Contribute to the facility's strategic planning objectives, educational, and quality improvement efforts.
- Provide guidance to directors at each outpatient facility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field highly preferred.
- Years of experience in business healthcare management required.
- Leadership experience in psychiatric or behavioral health field preferred.
