Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Group, Inc. as a key member of our Central Program Management Team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams, while imparting subject matter expertise and know-how.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and senior leadership.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Experience with Capital Markets Transformation and Risk and Regulatory related projects.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with ability to gain consensus among project team and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management certifications, such as PMP or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
