Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will lead a portfolio of projects, ensuring effective governance, oversight, and execution. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide a team of project managers and construction managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight to project teams, ensuring compliance with procedures and adherence to project management best practices.
  • Develop and enhance project management processes for project setup, execution, reporting, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, development, engineering, and procurement, to lead project implementation plans and work scopes.
  • Coordinate execution planning with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best quality, safety, cost, and schedule performance.
  • Direct required permitting activities and oversee construction management teams to ensure safety and quality goals are met.
  • Guide the team in resolving implementation issues and challenges, and enhance overall project reporting and monitoring processes and tools.
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction-related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 7-15 years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
  • Construction field experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
