Job Description

At CAPPS, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Staff Psychologist II to join our team. As a key member of our Victim and Employee Support Services department, you will play a critical role in providing psychological services to our employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and interpret psychological tests and conduct assessments of employees and their families.
  • Develop and implement training programs on stress management, work performance enhancement, and crisis intervention.
  • Provide short-term treatment and referrals for employees requiring additional psychological services.
  • Facilitate debriefings after critical incidents and consult with management on solutions to ongoing problems.
  • Conduct program design and develop procedures for pre-employment testing and wellness services.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct psychological services, including clinical crisis intervention and trauma counseling.
  • Licensure by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists as a Psychologist.
  • Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
