We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Psychologist to provide clinical services across various settings and modalities, including integrated healthcare venues, tele-mental health, and traditional mental health outpatient clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct direct behavioral and mental health assessments, treatment planning, and brief and long-term interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including pediatric psychiatrists, psychiatric residents, medical students, and other psychologists.
- Provide clinical services within Dell Children's Medical Center, a 248-bed Pediatric Level I Trauma Center.
- Engage in collaborative care with primary care physicians, staff, and external public-school personnel.
- Participate in training, supervision, and didactics for psychology interns and fellows.
- Doctoral degree from an APA or CPA accredited program in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
- Completion of an APA or CPA accredited internship in psychology.
- Completion of a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical child and adolescent or pediatric psychology.
- Unrestricted license to practice psychology in the State of Texas or ability to obtain prior to appointment.
- Eligibility and commitment to pursue board certification through the American Board of Professional Psychology.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience as a licensed psychologist providing clinical services via tele-mental health.
- Experience working in public school systems and community outreach.
- Clinical teaching experience.
