Home Health Care Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Health Care Specialist to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience and a current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
As a Home Health Care Specialist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, providing one-on-one care and making a meaningful difference in their lives. You will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and monitoring clients' conditions.
