Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide team members in adapting to evolving hardware and software environments within payment systems and processing.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring deadlines are met while sharing responsibilities and support.
  • Train production support staff and technicians on new products, features, system setup, and configuration.
  • Lead integration certification efforts with third-party software integrators, tailoring test suites and analyzing test data.
  • Collaborate closely with the QA team to provide testing support, ensuring thorough coverage and addressing testing gaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in software development preferred.
  • Familiarity with systems administration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
  • Knowledge of PCI policies and best practices.
  • Previous experience managing a team of highly skilled technical resources.
  • Understanding of the payment industry, including EMV and eCommerce best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java,.Net, Lua, and familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Experience with POS systems/hardware, in the Independent Software Venders space, Ingenico and VeriFone devices, across various industries (retail, hospitality, eCommerce, restaurant).
