The work hours are flexible and will vary weekly. Typical shifts may include:
- Morning: 7am-3pm
- Afternoon: 3pm-11pm
- Daytime: 9am-5pm
- Overnight: 11pm-7am (as needed)
We seek a candidate who is adaptable and willing to cover various shifts as required.
Essential SkillsSuccessful candidates will possess:
- Strong mathematical abilities and proficiency with calculators for accurate calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
- The capability to stand for extended periods while performing essential job functions.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using a moderately complex computer system for data entry.
- The ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
- Multitasking skills to manage phone calls while assisting guests.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A combination of education, training, or experience equivalent to a college degree.
- A high school diploma is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
