Position Overview

Join our dynamic team at Endicott College, where we value our employees as integral members of our vibrant campus community. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming and registering guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Providing prompt and courteous assistance to enhance guest experiences.
  • Finalizing guest accounts upon their departure, ensuring adherence to our high standards of service.
Work Schedule

The work hours are flexible and will vary weekly. Typical shifts may include:

  • Morning: 7am-3pm
  • Afternoon: 3pm-11pm
  • Daytime: 9am-5pm
  • Overnight: 11pm-7am (as needed)

We seek a candidate who is adaptable and willing to cover various shifts as required.

Essential Skills

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Strong mathematical abilities and proficiency with calculators for accurate calculations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • The capability to stand for extended periods while performing essential job functions.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using a moderately complex computer system for data entry.
  • The ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
  • Multitasking skills to manage phone calls while assisting guests.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A combination of education, training, or experience equivalent to a college degree.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
