Job Overview:
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly service to clients, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.
- Collaborate with the agent to achieve marketing objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage risks and achieve their goals.
- Customer-focused with excellent organizational abilities.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license.
