Lead Clerk

As a Lead Clerk, you will assist management with the operations of the store by performing clerk duties in the designated department, leading by example, and assisting the department manager in general department operations as directed. You will provide customer service by performing the duties of a clerk in the designated department, handling customer complaints and requests, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Provide customer service by performing the duties of a clerk in the designated department
• Handle customer complaints and requests in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist the department manager in general department operations as directed
• Perform other related work as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Food Handlers Certification (Per State Laws)
