Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience in an ambulatory clinic setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide nursing care for patients in a multidisciplinary team environment. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of nurses, ensuring efficient patient flow, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Develop and implement clinical workflows to enhance patient care and efficiency
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the State of Texas
  • At least two years of experience in an ambulatory clinic setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission standards, HIPAA regulations, and the Quadruple Aim
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in leadership roles, knowledge of Epic, or certifications like AAACN can be advantageous in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
