Join Our Team as a Behavioral Support Technician

We are looking for committed individuals to become part of our organization as Behavioral Support Technicians. In this position, you will collaborate closely with children on the autism spectrum, executing behavior intervention strategies and assisting them in acquiring vital skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Ideal Candidates: You should possess a genuine passion for working with children with autism, demonstrate patience, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. While previous experience is not mandatory, we offer extensive training to prepare you for success in this role.

Compensation: $19 - $24

Qualifications:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for assisting children with autism.
  • Patient, empathetic, and capable of functioning effectively within a team.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the past year).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
  • Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
