Position Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with a Senior Recruiter to assist in identifying exceptional talent across various business sectors. This role is integral to the recruitment process, involving scheduling interviews, managing candidate inquiries, and utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume candidate tracking and applicant management.
- Coordinate the interview process, both virtually and in-person.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and first-round interviews.
- Perform reference checks as necessary.
- Post job openings and manage new hire processes through the ATS.
- Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout their recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Maintain communication logs and facilitate interactions between hiring managers.
- Engage with passive candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Senior Recruiter to sustain a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist in executing recruitment strategies and achieving hiring goals.
- Support the recruiting team with various initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting support role.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to workflow management.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Workday or other ATS/CRM systems is advantageous.
- A passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives is a plus.
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in recruitment is preferred.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility for remote work.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is competitive and includes eligibility for benefits and performance-based bonuses.
