Job Summary SERVPRO of Benicia/Martinez/Southeast Vallejo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our office team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone and email, and being a positive presence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
  • Coordinate crew and job scheduling
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments as needed

Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge in the restoration industry a plus

Work Environment This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
