Dental Sales Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dental Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, you will partner with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver.
In this role, you will promote well-known and respected consumer products for oral health, working closely with General Practice Dentists and Periodontists to understand their clinical needs and develop business relationships. Your primary focus will be on promoting our products and services to dental healthcare professionals, with a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Call on General Practice Dentists and Periodontists in your assigned territory to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with targeted dental practitioners, achieving designated call expectations and driving sales growth.
- Deliver scientific product presentations to customers, outlining products, features, benefits, and services.
- Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals, engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and determine how our products could address such needs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, working closely with our commercial operations team to drive results.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a life science.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- A proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Sales aptitude and a strong understanding of the dental industry.
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
- Must live within the territory or within the territory boundaries.
What We Offer
At Syneos Health, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $70,000 to $72,000, as well as opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on individual and company performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
