Your role will involve maximizing the profitability of the region by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, driving transformative initiatives to enhance the brand's presence.


Fostering a people-centric workplace is essential; you will support initiatives that align with annual HR objectives.


Delivering comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and insights will be crucial to anticipate future business requirements.


You will establish performance targets and explore avenues for increasing sales while enhancing profitability across the store channel, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and commercial outcomes.


Maintaining accuracy in planning, service levels, and operational efficiency in accordance with annual, monthly, and weekly budgets and corporate objectives is a key aspect of your responsibilities.


Overseeing expected financial results, analyzing variances, and ensuring that the budgeted profits for the store channel in your region are met and reported in compliance with COS group standards is critical.


You will ensure adherence to sales and cost budgets (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for store channels within the region.


Supporting the development of Area Sales Teams in collaboration with the Regional Brand Controller will be vital for business growth, guiding through financial management aspects and working on talent development to ensure effective succession planning.


Additionally, you will provide support and training to Store teams alongside Area Managers to align sales planning and scheduling, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Working closely with HR, you will focus on appropriate staffing, recruitment, and training to uphold operational and customer experience strategies.


Collaboration with the Merchandising team and Area Managers will be necessary to coach Store Teams on driving commercial success and minimizing reduction costs in physical locations.


Cooperation with the Regional E-Commerce Team will be essential to implement integrated operational strategies across multiple channels.


In collaboration with local accounting departments, you will ensure that cost allocations and invoice processing are executed accurately in line with the budget.


Networking with all relevant departments within the central COS organization, as well as the broader COS group, will be key to optimizing and advancing the business.
