We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Finance to join our North America team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and delivering commercial results across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Commercial Finance team and act as a strategic advisor for Sales leads across Channels and Countries
  • Coordinate and ensure transparency towards NAM leadership, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive commercial excellence
  • Partner with Cluster and Global Commercial Finance to bring best practices to the market, leveraging global insight and data
  • Develop and implement financial and commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Provide financial and commercial support to drive performance and influence delivery of commercial results
  • Set financial and operational KPIs/drivers and approve business cases
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role within a global organization
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry
  • Strong business acumen and commercial finance skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, business partnering, and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English - verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel regularly and an international mindset
