Role Overview:
The White Glove Service Center (WGSC) plays a crucial role in supporting our global network through effective process and program management, alongside operational expertise. Our team is committed to delivering operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Provide professional and timely responses to inquiries from customers and the network.
- Data Management: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data for all shipments, including managing EDI transmissions and maintaining the integrity of both internal and external reporting.
- Exception Management: Utilize reporting tools, dashboards, and other resources to manage in-transit exceptions, ensuring visibility into performance and process deviations.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar field is preferred. Additional qualifications in supply chain management or logistics, as well as certifications such as IATA/FIATA or a Broker's License, are advantageous.
