Plant Supply Chain Optimization Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ETO standardized processes within the plant to ensure a comprehensive planning approach
- Mentor and instruct plant planning personnel on the significance of standardized processes
- Offer assistance during deployment phases and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
- Promote the SPS ethos, encouraging curiosity, a proactive mindset, and the sharing of best practices
- Establish and define acceptable standards with clear limits of variation
- Transform the SPS into a planning animation system within the plant
- Collaborate with the Plant GM to set annual goals and oversee the plant improvement strategy
- Implement operational methodologies and activities for dependable setup monitoring
- Track service levels, lead times, and forecast accuracy
- Monitor the planning transformation action plan to align with plant objectives
- Concentrate on critical enhancements and maintain momentum for anticipated outcomes
- Assist the planning manager in enacting necessary adjustments and notify the Plant Transformation Leader of any discrepancies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within Operations or Supply Chain Planning
- Strong team player with a focus on team development (functional leadership)
- Proficient in project management

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management

- Proven track record of driving change and delivering results - effective network management
