Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating care with other members of the healthcare team.

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking to ensure individualized patient care.
  • Provide patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Partner with patients and their families to set and achieve care goals, using effective communication and collaboration.
  • Practice using current clinical practice standards, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe, quality patient care.
  • Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education.
  • Participate in the development of protocols and procedures to achieve best practice outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
