Job Title: Regional Early Education Director

At Inspired Education, we are seeking a visionary Regional Early Education Director to lead our centers, inspire our educators, and ensure every child receives the best start in life.

Job Summary:

The Regional Early Education Director will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our centers. This role requires a seasoned and successful professional with proven experience as a director in early education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management: Guide and support center directors and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Program Oversight: Ensure the successful implementation and management of PreK Counts, STARS, and Infant/Toddler Grant programs, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program quality, curriculum development, educational outcomes, and enrollment.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, funding allocations, and resource management to optimize program delivery and sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, community partners, and regulatory bodies to advocate for our programs and ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Professional Development: Support and mentor staff, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director in early childhood education and/or 3 years of multi-facility management with a deep understanding of PreK Counts, STARS, Infant/Toddler Grant programs, and the private sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and quality standards.
  • Passion for Early Education: A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on young children's lives.
