Housekeeping Specialist SUMMARY The Housekeeping Specialist will be accountable for executing all daily responsibilities related to cleaning guest accommodations.

This position will play a vital role as an engaged partner in the organization, supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Thoroughly cleaning and resetting guest bedroom and bathroom areas.
- Changing linens, making beds, organizing items on tables, straightening furniture, dusting, and vacuuming rooms, and emptying waste bins.
- Being courteous and attentive to guests, including addressing any guest requests or preferences.
- Completing assigned tasks promptly as directed by the Housekeeping leadership team.
- Performing additional responsibilities as assigned that may extend beyond the usual scope of duties based on business requirements.

Promoting a positive image of the property by showcasing a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor during every guest interaction and being adept at responding to specific guest needs and requests.

Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest accommodations.

QUALIFICATIONS - One (1) year of prior experience in a similar cleaning role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this role, the Housekeeping Specialist is required to stand, walk, handle or feel objects, tools, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk, hear; reach with hands and arms.

Occasionally required to climb or maintain balance.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Exert physical effort to clean multiple rooms within a shift.
The pay scale for this position is $21.50.

The pay scale represents the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and similar compensations that Montage reasonably anticipates for the position.
