About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Partner. As a key member of our Public Sector portfolio, you will be responsible for representing Slalom's services to state government clients in the Carolina's area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Directly responsible for revenue growth of $6MM+.
  • Account Management: Responsible for the profitability of assigned NC/SC regional accounts, including revenue and utilization goals.
  • Business Development: Seek opportunities for growth and maturation of Slalom's offerings.
  • Engagement Oversight: Provide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements.
  • Business Development Tools: Drive business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the vertical.
  • Best Practices: Develop and deliver best practices, delivery templates, and POV papers.
  • Industry Awareness: Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list.
  • Client Satisfaction: Facilitate client satisfaction surveys (where applicable).
  • Strategic Initiatives: Involved with local, regional, and global strategy initiatives.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of management/leadership experience, with at least 8 years from large-scale consulting and/or professional services.
  • Industry Expertise: Industry expertise in State Government is required.
  • Project Delivery: Sophisticated project delivery experience, including all aspects of project/program management.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate efficiently and tactfully across all levels of an organization.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Client/Employee Satisfaction: Consistent track record of client/employee satisfaction.
