Job Description

3D Cloud is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing client relationships, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for the successful integration, growth, support, and retention of their accounts.
  • Monitor and report on key account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and implementing strategies to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and maintain a strategic account plan for each client, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions and addressing any client concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing digital/technology recommendations, strategies, and solutions for enterprise-level clients.
  • 5 years of experience selling and/or delivering client-focused solutions based on customer and market needs.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with home improvement retailers.
  • Successful history of creating and driving net new business sales.
  • Passion for the AR/VR industry and/or digital retail.
  • Retail and/or Consumer Products Goods vertical knowledge.
