About Us:
We are in search of a highly qualified and driven Senior Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate to become part of our esteemed law firm.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in managing intricate commercial real estate transactions, particularly in large loan financing, along with a strong command of title and survey analysis.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our Real Estate Practice Group, lending your expertise to high-profile clients and sophisticated transactions.

This position offers up to 80% remote work with significant flexibility. Candidates should have direct experience in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Transactional Proficiency:

Exhibit exceptional skill in managing a diverse array of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on large loan financing, including the drafting and negotiation of loan documents, purchase agreements, and related contracts.


Title and Survey Analysis:
Perform thorough title examinations and survey assessments to uncover potential issues or risks associated with real estate properties. Offer strategic counsel to clients based on your findings.

Due Diligence:

Execute comprehensive due diligence investigations on real estate properties and related assets to ensure adherence to legal standards and identify any potential liabilities.


Client Advisory:

Work closely with clients to comprehend their objectives, providing strategic and business-oriented legal advice to facilitate their commercial real estate goals.


Transaction Oversight:

Manage the complete lifecycle of real estate transactions, from initial negotiations to closing, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are fulfilled.


Research and Insights:

Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to commercial real estate financing and title matters. Conduct legal research and analysis to deliver innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.


Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior associates and support staff, contributing to their professional growth and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.


Collaboration:

Work in conjunction with other practice groups within the firm, such as finance, tax, and corporate, to provide comprehensive legal services to clients with varied needs.


Business Development:

Actively engage in business development initiatives, including client presentations, networking opportunities, and industry conferences to broaden the firm's client base and cultivate enduring relationships.


Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, focusing on large loan financing and title work.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex real estate transactions and providing innovative legal solutions.
Strong grasp of real estate financing mechanisms, including debt and equity structures.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations.
