About the Firm:
We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Senior Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate to join our esteemed legal team.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in managing intricate commercial real estate transactions, particularly in large loan financing, along with a solid understanding of title and survey analysis.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a vital role within our Real Estate Practice Group, utilizing your expertise to serve high-profile clients and engage in sophisticated legal matters.

This position offers up to 80% remote work with significant flexibility. Applicants should have direct experience in commercial real estate law.

Key Responsibilities:

Transactional Expertise:

Exhibit exceptional skill in managing a diverse array of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on large loan financing, including the drafting and negotiation of loan agreements, purchase contracts, and related documents.


Title and Survey Review:
Perform thorough title examinations and survey assessments to uncover potential issues or risks associated with real estate properties. Offer strategic guidance to clients based on your findings.

Due Diligence:

Execute comprehensive due diligence reviews on real estate assets to ensure adherence to legal standards and identify any possible liabilities.


Client Counseling:

Work closely with clients to comprehend their objectives, providing strategic legal advice that aligns with their commercial real estate goals.


Transaction Management:

Supervise and coordinate the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, from initial negotiations to closing, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and requirements.


Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting commercial real estate financing and title matters. Conduct legal research to deliver innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.


Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior associates and support staff, contributing to their professional growth and fostering a collaborative team environment.


Collaboration:

Partner with other practice groups within the firm, such as finance, tax, and corporate, to provide comprehensive legal services to clients with varied needs.


Client Development:

Engage in business development initiatives, including client presentations, networking opportunities, and industry events to broaden the firm's client base and nurture lasting relationships.


Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, emphasizing large loan financing and title and survey work.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex real estate transactions and providing innovative legal solutions.
Strong grasp of real estate financing structures, including debt and equity.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations.
Client-focused mindset with the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
