Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant II to join our team at Texas Children's Pavilion for Women. As a Medical Assistant II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support to patients and families in a fast-paced setting
  • Assist in the coordination of patient flow and provider schedules to ensure efficient patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • College degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • 2 years of related experience (required)
  • Preferred experience in a healthcare setting or customer service-focused industry
  • Required licenses/certifications (one of the following): CCMA, CMA-AAM, CMA-C, EMT, EMT-A, EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-P, LIC PAR, NCMA, NRCMA, RMA, AAH, AAMP, AMT, ARMA
