Key Responsibilities

In your role as Lead Radiology Technologist II, you will report to the Imaging Manager and Director. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing radiology personnel and managing departmental operations.
  • Ensuring high-quality radiographic images while prioritizing patient care and customer service.
  • Assigning tasks to staff and providing clear guidance to ensure completion.
  • Conducting regular quality assessments of diagnostic images and collaborating with staff to enhance technical skills.
  • Collecting and analyzing relevant data.
  • Participating in the recruitment process.
  • Engaging in departmental educational initiatives and environmental assessments.
  • Producing high-quality diagnostic images.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A degree from an accredited Radiography program.
  • ARRT (R) certification.
  • Licensure from the Texas Medical Board.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred.
