Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Holiday Companies. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.
  • Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and provide product information.
  • Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and bend/reach.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Exposure to occasional noise and extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
