Job Description

We are seeking a Point of Sale Technical Advisor to join our team at Bepoz America. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers in the U.S and Canada, ensuring they receive the best possible outcome from their point of sale software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on the use and configuration of our point of sale software and hardware.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources to support customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and familiarity with point of sale software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical support or advisory role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • A strong passion for learning and staying current with industry developments.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
