Key Responsibilities:- First point of contact with customers after a loss, ensuring a courteous and professional interaction.
- Sell all three verticals of mitigation, contents, and reconstruction as applicable.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other office team members.
- Collect 3D scans for exterior and interior repairs, scope losses, and discuss repairs with customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through completed satisfaction surveys and adhere to the PDO Health & Safety Program.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five years or more of management or leadership experience in the restoration/construction industry.
- Class A or B General Contractors License (preferred).
- Up to $50,000 - $60,000 base salary with unlimited bonus potential.

- Advancement opportunities and paid training for IICRC WRT, IIRC FRST, and Lead RRP Licensing.
