As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in every aspect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Lead Restaurant Staff: Hire, train, supervise, and retain a dedicated team of restaurant staff.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous service improvement.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Efficiently order supplies and manage inventory levels to maintain seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership: Spot and resolve problems efficiently, and demonstrate effective leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role, with buffet experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Solid knowledge and execution of restaurant management best practices, and a degree in business administration or hospitality management preferred.

Compensation:

Yearly Salary: $75,000 + Bonus
