We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Services: Provide efficient and high-quality service to patients, including greeting and registering patients, coordinating scheduling, and answering incoming telephone calls.
  • Billing Services: Ensure accurate entry of billing information and follow up on missing information to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Medical Record Services: Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in medical records, including releasing information according to corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One to two years of related customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
