Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at Ultimate Staffing Services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, fostering teamwork, and effectively resolving customer issues.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with prior knowledge of computers required.
The role involves collaborating with all company departments to ensure exceptional customer service and addressing any relevant issues.
The Customer Service Lead will also be responsible for understanding and interpreting basic Excel reports, creating summaries, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.
The ideal candidate will be able to promptly address issues, both internally and externally, and regularly engage with the customer service department to oversee duties and performance.
The Customer Service Lead will communicate with other managers to understand and convey customer service needs and perform accurate and fast data entry.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service management
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with ERP systems
- High school diploma or GED required
Work Environment:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Ontario, California
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am-4:15 pm
