Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoices, billing, and process work orders.
  • Schedule installations and service calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain employee records, including timesheets and payroll.
  • Order supplies and equipment for installations.
  • Prepare project documentation and contracts.
  • Assist with other general office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information is a must.
