- Efficiently handle phone calls and direct them as necessary, providing prospective students with detailed information about our educational programs.
- Manage student enrollment and registration processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms to support educational and administrative tasks.
- Conduct cold calls to engage potential clients and candidates, and manage our CRM system diligently.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
- Proficiency in Creole and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
