Job Title: Vice President, Brand Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Brand Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for NetJets Inc. subsidiaries and partner companies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing programs, including campaign development, budget planning, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure NetJets Inc. remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance data.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Relevant certifications or training in marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
